This vegan dish is very simple to prepare.
20g Cabbage - cut into pieces
1 Tomato - sliced
3 Taufu Puff - sliced
Noodles - 200g
Bean sprout -50g
Sauce - mixed together:
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tbsp chilli sauce
1 tbsp soya sauce
3 tbsp water
1. Blach noodles and tauhu puff in hot water and drain.
2. Heat 2 tbsp oil in non stick pan.
3. Put in cabbage and stir fry 2 mins; add tomatoes.
4. Mix in noodles and add the sauce; stir 2-3mins.
5. Put in bean sprouts and tauhu puff; stir 1-2 mins.
6. Serve hot.
