may i ask if you run a bakery business or intend to start one? i am a buddhist vegan. i like to start a buddhist vegan food business someday and am looking for suppliers. as i do not know how to cook. i am more than willingly that my suppliers can cook and i take from my suppliers instead of learning to cook from scratch.
i have not confirm when i would start a business though.

hello, are you based in singapore? i am not in singapore at the moment. but will return home in October. i do not know how to cook or bake. so my vegan business would either be a bbq or steam boat buffet. which requires little cooking on my part. my business just need to serve and clean up. the customers can cook for themselves. i intend to provide bakery services to my customers (i am looking for a supplier to do this). i am quite slow in learning to bake. but i love pastries, which i believe many people do as well. can i try out your samples when i return to singapore? my ideas are still in infancy though. but from my research, this is the small step i can start taking.
