Whole wheat cinnamon bun
I made these buns by following the recipe in Peter Reinhart's Whole Grain Breads.More Pineapple Tarts
The first batch was made with Earth Balance. This batch was made with canola oil...... the ones made with margarine tasted better......

Pineapple Tarts
My first attempt at making these vegan tarts. I saw some vegan pineapple tarts sold at a vegetarian shop, but the tarts were really expensive! The craving for the tarts would not go away, so I attempted making my own ..................... tastes better than the store bought ones! :)
